Mr. Bright and his students are working in the school garden.
They are helping Beno,
the school’s gardener.
“0kay, boys, let’s cut
the grass here.”
“That is a good idea.”
“And you, Maria. Rake up the trash, please.”
“Tina, help Maria over there, plant the flowers and then water them.”
“We are a TEAM”.
“What is TEAM stand for?”
“Together Everyone Achieve More.”
“That’s right. Let’s work together as part of the winning team.”
After working for about three hours, the student looks very satisfied with the results.
They are very happy because they have worked together as a good team.
Achieving results through effective teamwork can be exiting.
